How to Apply Online

User Registration

1. Users can register on the website: www.di.maharashtra.gov.in for availing services.
2. A soft copy of the documents listed below must be uploaded during the registration process. (Please note that system will only allow uploading of documents in PDF format with a maximum size of 5 MB.)
• A soft copy of your PAN Card.
• All the license/certificate related to the Unit.
3. On successful registration the user will receive an activation pin code by email and SMS at their registered email address and mobile number. This code is used to validate user registration to complete the registration process.

Updating Profile, Unit and User Details

1. On successful activation of registration, Update User Profile, Unit and Unit User Details. These details are necessary for processing of online applications for the services mentioned above.

Submission of Applications

1. Users can apply for the services mentioned above.
2. For every application submitted the applicant receives an email and SMS intimation.

Online Application Process

Following are the steps for processing of application:

1. During scrutiny of applications, if the department raises any query/queries regarding the application the user will receive an intimation via email and SMS. The Department will continue send reminders for these queries at specific intervals till the completion of waiting period.
2. Users can reply to query/queries raised by department, by logging to the website and posting their replies in the “Queries Assigned to Me" section in the “My Applications” page which is accessible on successfully logging in to the website.
3. On successful submission of a reply to query/queries raised by department, the applicant will receive an email and an SMS intimation.
4. The user also receives email and SMS intimation on successful approval of application.
5. For approved applications, users can also download/view their certificate/approval letter for the applied service in the “Approved” section of the My Application page.
